  This is a country pub. With all the quirks and charm it should have. The staff have always been pleasant and helpfull.
  My family and I return there regularly for a meal and we have never been disappointed.

  Lovely atmosphere and wonderful personal service. Dealt with all my awkward requests very well. Good selection of drinks at a reasonable price.

  So .. what can I say .. the tiniest bar in the world and a Warren of rooms to seat. The food was of a basic standard with a high price tag. I've had better quality at a weatherspoons. I mean come on .. melt the cheese on a burger .. not just slab on a pre cut slice on a almost warm burger. The service was slow and staggered some of our orders were forgotten .. people with the same order getting different chips / veg etc ... oh and if you love frozen peas with your meal you're in the right place .. approximately 50 percent of my plate was peas !! The waitress decided to clear the table before some of our party had even been given their pudding. Won't bother again thank you
